Training tasting of wines of the Union of Oenologists

The training tasting of wines of the Union of Oenologists took place on 6 December 2022 at the Dvořáček LTM Winery, s.r.o. in Mikulčice.

The subject of the blind evaluation were 12 wines of the Sauvignon variety from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including 1 sample of the Wine Evaluation of the Union of Enologists (here would be a good place to click on the WINE EVALUATION tab). Sample No. 12: Vinařství Waldberg Sauvignon VOC 2017. 19 members of the Union of Oenologists took part in the evaluation.
