Riesling tasting of 3.6.2025

The tasting of the Riesling variety took place at the planned meeting of the Union of Oenologists in Mikulčice on 3 June 2025. A total of 17 wines from this variety were evaluated, all with residual sugar below 4 g/litre. A total of 8 wines were from the current Wine Salon, another 5 from the current presentation of the Great Wines of Great Vineyards competition at Valtice Chateau, 2 samples were from DAC Kamptal and the last two wines were from the production of VDP members of the GG category from the Pfalz and Nahe regions.

The tasting was attended by a total of 26 members of the association (see attendance list).
